Welcome Aboard!!

Team, we are so excited to write this blog post because it means that winter is right around the corner! We know that you are still very busy with work, school, etc., but we thought it might be helpful to have a platform to hear more about the resort and interact with each other. The website and blog will be a location to do so throughout the season.

It has been a pretty crazy few days here at the resort! In the fall, people come from around the world to see the leaves changing colors—see pictures on the main page. Vermont, and Stowe in particular, is known for having some of the most vibrant colors on planet earth, and town gets wild for about a month. Having said that, two days ago, we also had our first real snowfall. Some places on the mountain have close to three feet of snow! Instagram has coined this as “Snowliage” — for reference, “foliage” is the term used when leaves change colors.

Guests are having a great time going up the gondola, taking pictures, and even building snowmen; you can even see skiers coming down the mountain! Excitement (and stoke) is high here at Stowe Resort.
